Job Overview :

Position : Retail Sales Operations Specialist

Location : Remote 

Description :

The Retail Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team and contributing to the operational excellence needed for continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders for global retail accounts.
  • Confirm inventory availability, acknowledge receipt of purchase orders, and relay delivery dates to customers.
  • Input and process purchase order details into 3PL/SPS, making updates to delivery timing and quantity adjustments.
  • Manage EDI Portal (SPS Commerce) and 3PL integration, ensuring accurate data flow to SAP.
  • Update and manage retail price lists, collaborating with internal and external demand planning teams.
  • Work with 3PL(s) to obtain necessary materials and ensure timely order processing.
  • Manage chargebacks, investigate discrepancies, and dispute with retailers when necessary.
  • Understand Retail Routing Guides, set up new accounts, and adhere to labeling requirements.
  • Manage submission process and tracking with Finance for resolution.

Personal Attributes:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
