Position: Analyst – Product Operations
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time/Hybrid
Description :
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end product deliverables, including product prioritization to delivery, beta testing, and tracking customer journey experience.
- Analyze data to identify key problems and areas of opportunity, aiding the product in making better-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with product and business development teams, addressing challenges and prioritizing them through a data-backed approach.
- Work with the Quality Engineering team on bugs identified in testing, prioritizing them through a data-backed approach.
- Identify and quantify key issues faced by users, recommending solutions to resolve these issues.
- Manage product enablement, ensuring complete readiness with a touch-point training program, documentation, etc.
- Engage with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for product growth.
- Foster strong cross-team collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Support, and Customer Success.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Understanding of product planning and delivery processes.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple form.
- Proven ability to prioritize key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations.
- Experience in P2P, Expense Management, and Accounts Payable preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
