Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, conducting tests and scenarios.
- Monitor and address customer complaints, providing necessary assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved for customers.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams.
