Position : Retail Sales Operations Specialist
Location : Remote
Description :
The Retail Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team and contributing to the operational excellence needed for continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders for global retail accounts.
- Confirm inventory availability, acknowledge receipt of purchase orders, and relay delivery dates to customers.
- Input and process purchase order details into 3PL/SPS, making updates to delivery timing and quantity adjustments.
- Manage EDI Portal (SPS Commerce) and 3PL integration, ensuring accurate data flow to SAP.
- Update and manage retail price lists, collaborating with internal and external demand planning teams.
- Work with 3PL(s) to obtain necessary materials and ensure timely order processing.
- Manage chargebacks, investigate discrepancies, and dispute with retailers when necessary.
- Understand Retail Routing Guides, set up new accounts, and adhere to labeling requirements.
- Manage submission process and tracking with Finance for resolution.
Personal Attributes:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
