Description :
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact for the financial institution’s high-value customers.
- Address inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts.
- Assist customers with payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries.
- Follow up to close service tickets and inquiries escalated or referred to a different business function.
- Interface with clients to determine present and future needs and discuss progress toward solutions.
- Ensure service expectations are met and establish rapport with each caller, setting positive expectations for account maintenance queries and other servicing needs.
- Complete banking transactions and identify opportunities to market bank products to meet each caller’s personal needs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products and services, staying informed about new and existing offerings.
- Successfully sell, market, and share information with new and existing customers to educate them about financial offerings.

- Provide referrals to the managing director or relationship manager for new and additional services.
- Participate in the client loyalty process, providing information and encouraging clients to respond timely to surveys.
- Participate in follow-up discussions to develop action plans to address concerns.
- May participate in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction and gain a good understanding of products and services offerings.
