Are you ready to drive your career forward? Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join the team as a Finance & Controlling Strategy Analyst in Pune.

Responsibilities:

1. FC Strategy:
   • Direct reporting to CFO.
   • Collaborate closely with FC team leads on strategic initiatives.
   • Project Management for all FC Strategic and Management projects.
   • Lead and manage various special projects and initiatives.
   • Facilitate the establishment of project deliverables, providing relevant analysis, presentations, and proposals for Management updates and decision-making.
2. Digital Transformation:
   • Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation in FC.
   • Develop dashboards for key Financial KPIs across different teams to review performance, steer business, and update Management.
   • Collaborate with Business, IT, Data, and FC teams to develop analytical views for deeper insights.
3. Risk Management:
   • Support the lead in Risk Management.
   • Provide monthly MIS to Leadership.
   • Quarterly reporting to HQ.
4. Sales Controlling:
   • Support lead Revenue Controlling on Sales Controlling topics.
   • Ensure pricing for used cars, PoC cars, bundled products.
   • Steer Residual Value Committee.
   • Monthly monitoring of pipeline and Inventory development and implement measures for optimization.
   • Conduct Cash Flow forecast and deep dive analysis.
