Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst – Sales Tax and Close Out

Location: Hyderabad, India

Type: Full-time

Description :

As a Sales Operations Analyst based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in clean energy journey. Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency of sales processes and order management. Here’s a glimpse of

what you’ll be doing:
  • Create, review, validate, and modify sales orders in ERP.
  • Validate and maintain sales order-related documents and tax exemption documents.
  • Manage quotes in ERP (NetSuite) and create credit forecasts.
  • Handle pre-sales tax updates and project reconciliation for sales orders closeouts.
  • Monitor sales order approval status to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, time-saving, and cost-saving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely sales order approvals.
  • Maintain warranty attributes and contribute as a team player.
Requirements:
  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge of order management with ERP (NetSuite) experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet timelines.
