- Meet personal sales targets
- Focus on customer segments and needs-based selling
- Actively reduce Non-funding, Sales Errors, and increase Premium Sourcing
- Generate referrals and cross-sell other bank products, including investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, personal loans, etc.
- Ensure all relevant internal and external certifications are completed before referring or selling wealth products
- Contribute to driving the Employee Banking one-bank agenda
