Key Responsibilities
- Expand and enhance the distribution and sales network by maximizing the number of SIM and Data Selling Outlets within the assigned territory, while ensuring top-notch service to existing customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the market demographics and tailor the sales strategy to target specific customer segments.
- Focus on optimizing channel profitability and ensuring high levels of channel satisfaction.
- Initiate proactive relationship management programs by engaging effectively with Retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
- Enhance the value for our partners, including Distributors, Retailers, and Field Sales Executives, through well-planned marketing and merchandising activities.
- Create timely Market Intelligence reports that provide insights into evolving customer trends and competitors’ performance.
- Collaborate closely with the network team to comprehend and enhance the mobile network in the markets.
