Description :
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and smooth relationships with assigned banks in the region, driving business growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Operations:
- Identify high transacting customers and reduce their transactions.
- Identify depleting customers and control them.
- Reduce or improve on Band 1 and Band 2 Customers.
- Handling cash receipts and payments efficiently.
- Process Retail FX postings, Gold sales, and Pre Paid Cards.
- Issue DD/MC within prescribed timeframes.
- Execute funds transfer, FD closure, and Account Closure.
- Custodian for teller box and cheque drop boxes.
Monitoring:
- Monitor large amount movements and report as per schedule.
- Close TOD accounts regularly.
- Close high cheque return customer accounts.
- Mark high cash transacting Band 1 & 2 accounts with low severity memo.
- Divert customers to Direct Banking Channels.
- Manage archival backup.
- Ensure proper stationery management.

Reporting:
- Report cash transactions over Rs. 10 lacs fortnightly.
- Report any suspicious transactions.
- Report FX transactions on time to TAG and Treasury Mumbai.
- Report suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/receivable.
- Report suspense/TOD and QRS reports.
- Report CBDT schedules.
- Maintain filing of MC/DD stub copies and cancelled instruments.
Customer Service:
- Manage lobby and handle queues.
- Maintain proper housekeeping.
- Ensure quality customer service.
- Escalate irate customers to higher authorities.
- Record and resolve complaints within stipulated TATs.
- Monitor all complaints and ensure closure within TAT.
Sales:
- Generate leads for the bank’s products.
- Generate sales references for liability products.
- Generate leads for credit cards.
- Promote saving accounts to non-liability customers.
- Encourage CBDT collections.
- Cross-sell gold bars.
