Description :
As an Associate Customer Support Representative, you will provide internal stakeholders with crucial product, delivery, pricing, claims/returns, and program information. Your responsibilities include managing orders, expediting shipments, and ensuring accurate customer information. Emphasis is placed on delivering world-class customer service to contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and complete selected Purchase Orders (PO) and PO modifications in various ERP systems.
- Process POs for direct material and expedite orders to prevent customer line downs or machine downtime.
- Provide product information and update Sales Orders (SOs) to reflect corresponding PO dates.
- Maintain accurate and organized order files and acknowledgments.
- Communicate with external customers and operations about order verification, status, pricing, and shipment status.
- Promote customer satisfaction, achieve cycle time reduction, and contribute to team-based problem solving.
- Foster an environment that aligns with Eaton’s goals, encourages continuous improvement, and builds stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Call center atmosphere, or Materials-related field.
