The Incentive Administrative System (IAS) plays a pivotal role in processing incentives for UPS services and crafting legal contracts with both new and existing customers. As an integral part of the marketing department, IAS disseminates crucial information across various UPS divisions.
Job Duties:
- Handling substantial middle-market customers, creating customized contracts based on customer requirements.
- Skillfully analyzing requests and adjusting contracts according to pricing agreements within specified timelines.
- Processing contracts for new and existing UPS customers, managing auto-renewals, and handling cancellations for non-shipping customers.
- Coordinating special tasks efficiently.
- Adapting work hours based on workflow and operational needs.
- Adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Ensuring 100% quality in all tasks.
- Executing time-sensitive processes with timely precision.
- Proficient keyboard skills required.
