Job Title: Customer Success Account Manager

Description :
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging with SMB Accounts post-sales of Adobe’s cloud-based solutions. Your responsibilities include facilitating a seamless customer acceptance of the solution, optimizing their product experience, and guiding them to internal support teams when necessary. You are encouraged to identify and close upsell opportunities within the accounts you engage with throughout the year.
Responsibilities :
- Develop an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams, Adobe Sign, Enterprise Programs, Conditions of Service, Commercial Terms, and Adobe’s pricing standards.
- Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain technical expertise in Adobe Sign and creative technologies through continuous learning.
- Educate customers on Adobe Sign by developing customer-specific use cases and conducting demos.
- Build relationships with c-suite and decision-makers to drive deeper engagements.
- Conduct deeper prospecting on assigned accounts and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify high-value accounts and drive higher Average Revenue per Transaction.
- Deliver on weekly/daily/monthly sales commitments, maximizing ARR and upselling from the install base.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline, providing accurate updates to management on progress and outlook.
- Build value-based relationships with assigned accounts, taking complete ownership of customer interactions.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience operating in a similar capacity, directly handling service contract renewals.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong organizational, follow-through, and documentation skills suitable for client communication.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and be proactive.
