Description :
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of company’s operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Pre-Call Analysis:
- Conduct pre-call analysis to check the status by directly contacting payers or utilizing IVR or web portal services.
- Documentation Management:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on the client software, ensuring all necessary documentation is sent to insurance companies.
- Create and sustain a clear audit trail for future reference.
- Post-Call Actions:
- Record after-call actions and conduct post-call analysis for efficient claim follow-up.
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
- Research available documentation, such as authorization, nursing notes, and medical records on client systems before initiating calls.
- Accounts Receivable Analysis:
- Perform in-depth analysis of accounts receivable data.
- Understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons.
- Utilize appropriate codes in the documentation of reasons for denials and underpayments.
