Description :

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process monthly invoices in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute billing functions for manually billed accounts/fees.
• Address and resolve complex billing inquiries or collection issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing-related matters, ensuring adherence to special terms and pricing outlined in contracts.
• Conduct quality checks on new account billing.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports within our billing system to identify discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Participate in evaluating current process flows and streamline billing procedures to ensure accurate invoicing for clients with complex contracts.
• Perform various types of data, customer account, and GL account reconciliations.

Qualifications:
