Education : MBA/PGDM

Description :

As a Manager – Territory Sales you have to deliver assigned sales targets, ensure proper availability of VIL’s stock keeping units, communicate schemes effectively to trade, and provide training for our Feet on the Street team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Categorize retailers to ensure the acquisition of the right customers through various outlet categories.
  • Execute and implement new and existing products successfully.
  • Ensure retailers servicing the markets are as per the SPS/CSS based on the covered population of specific towns/geographies.
  • Maintain proper distribution width and depth to enhance trade relationships, revenue, and customer market share.
  • Improve FOS productivity through effective training and motivation.
  • Implement a transparent process to motivate channel partners and trade.
  • Oversee infrastructure maintenance at distributor points and provide regular feedback on any channel non-compliance to ASM.
