To thrive in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central, monitoring Account Health, and addressing issues such as Condition Issues, Product Restrictions, and Safety Concerns.
- Execute the process of filing cases with Amazon support, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Utilize basic knowledge of task management systems, such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Stay informed about performance notifications and effectively utilize the Voice of the Customer Dashboard.
- Maintain availability during US business hours to address and respond to relevant tasks and issues.
What will you need to thrive in this role?
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, in English.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in working with Amazon Seller Central and Account Health.
- E-commerce-related job experience.
