Description :
As an Assistant Manager – Marketing, you’ll be involved in strategic initiatives to drive new user growth. This includes envisioning user growth through inside-out and outside-in insights. You’ll lead initiatives to identify new 10x growth opportunities and structurally reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). This cross-functional role collaborates closely with the Creative, Product, Analytics, and Tech teams.
What you will do
- Drive exponential user growth for Meesho
- Execute and scale up performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook
- Track campaign performance, optimize continually, and generate actionable insights
- Manage end-to-end channels while collaborating with internal functions
- Experiment with new marketing opportunities, channels, and user cohorts
- Work with affiliates/DSP partners to track daily numbers
- Identify 10X user growth opportunities through continuous problem discovery and research

What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree from a tier 1 college (IIT, NIT, BITs, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in Growth and digital marketing with a high-growth startup
- Structured problem-solving and good communication skills
- Data-driven with proficiency in Excel
- Proven ability to take up high ownership
