- Presentation Creation (30%): Craft visually captivating PowerPoint presentations showcasing our biophilic solutions and landscape designs.
- BOQ Preparation (30%): Generate comprehensive pre-sales quotations with precise scope and cost breakdowns.
- Pre-Sales Client Engagement (20%): Actively engage with prospective clients, conduct initial assessments, and participate in client meetings.
- Technical Collaboration (20%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet client specifications.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all materials, ensuring error-free and well-structured presentations and BOQs.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA or Commerce with 0-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Knack for pre-sales and sales pitch presentations.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for visually engaging presentations and comprehensive BOQs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong orientation toward detail, coupled with numerical proficiency.
- Capable of working effectively independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
