Description :
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of Team Leaders and Executives supporting clients in Voice/Non-Voice operations. Key responsibilities include being a Compliance and Integrity role model, maintaining seamless operations, and ensuring timely SLA delivery. You will also establish and manage client relationships, analyze and uphold Service Level Agreements, and drive revenue generation to achieve financial goals.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong domain knowledge in Insurance Sales, Retention, and Renewals in the domestic market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong teamwork mindset.
- Result-oriented with process-oriented capabilities and the ability to handle stress.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Quick learning ability and effective prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Solid organizational skills with multitasking capabilities.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and capacity utilization.
- Understanding of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
- Leadership, analytical, people management, and presentation skills.
- Previous automotive experience is highly desirable.
- Expertise in managing delivery and coaching for performance improvement.
