Description :

As an Associate in Data Operations. In this role, you will delve into file structures and forensic images, playing a crucial part in ingesting electronic data into proprietary processing platform. This position demands a deep understanding of the E-discovery project lifecycle, with a primary focus on supporting document review.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for various workstreams in E-discovery projects.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks as directed by the shift or team.
  • Hand off tasks to the next shift following standard protocols.
  • Utilize ESI discovery data processing platforms to extract text and metadata from electronic data.
  • Convert electronic documents to image files (TIF, PDFs) as needed.
  • Load data into hosting platforms for review.
  • Support Project Management by aiding in document searching and tagging in the hosted database.
  • Conduct quality control checks on work.
  • Participate in policy and procedure review meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions organized by the Operations team.

Qualifications:
