As an Associate Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Work Flow Management team, ensuring the seamless flow of work into the editing department. You’ll collaborate with client servicing teams, address editor queries, and serve as the primary contact for editors worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to meet client requirements.
- Address queries from in-house and freelance editors globally in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all company processes.
- Foster strong relationships with editors, providing a positive and professional environment.
- Interact with editors via phone calls and email communication.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- 6 months – 1 year experience in a client servicing role.
- Fluent English communication with good email-writing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical skills to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts for the 24×7 process.
