Responsibilities :
- The Associate Customer Service role involves handling calls from new and existing customers.
- The responsibilities include quoting and selling motor and home products using AAL systems, addressing underwriting questions, and servicing various product lines.
- This includes handling policy changes, renewal payments, sending documentation, and confirming policy coverage.
- Team members are also trained to handle web-chat services, addressing customer queries in real-time.
