Description :
As an Omni Sport Leader for Trekking, you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth and success of Decathlon.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Utilize omnichannel methods to sell products and services that fulfill customers’ needs.
- Assist in expanding customers’ choices through digital channels when they are in-store.
- Stay updated on Decathlon’s products, services, and offers across all channels.
- Ensure the best-in-class offer, display, and availability for the sport of Trekking.
- Guarantee customer and teammates’ safety in-store, with product handling, stock storage, and data protection.
- Select the right offer to provide users with the right products and services.
- Forecast business according to seasonality/trends and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Set up an experiential layout with strong visual merchandising strategies to increase business.
- Master the tools needed for the best-in-class offer, display, and availability.
- Develop local omnichannel performance for the sport of Trekking.
- Act as a sports ambassador, building a sports community to encourage engagement in sports practice.
- Affiliate with partners for events, workshops, and playgrounds to promote sports practice.
- Make data-driven decisions for customers/users based on collected data through Omni channels.
- Preserve resources through site management and societal impact initiatives (eco-mobility, waste disposal management).
- Boost sales of eco-designed products and circular sales (Buyback, Services, etc.).
- Contribute to the reduction of emissions and wastage at the site.
