Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Interact with customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide information, assistance, and solutions to their inquiries or issues.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns, addressing them in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Efficiently and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
