Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Interact with customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide information, assistance, and solutions to their inquiries or issues.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns, addressing them in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Efficiently and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
