Description :
The Account Executive at Wipro plays a crucial role in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with clients and alliance partners. The primary focus is on driving profitable growth through effective farming activities, ensuring sustainable relationships, and continuous improvement in customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead client relationships to ensure delivery as per contract, revenue management, and optimal engagement.
- Develop client account strategy aligned with the overall vertical/practice strategy.
- Interact with client leadership, review industry trends, and identify opportunities within accounts.
- Create new growth opportunities by leveraging differentiated value propositions.
- Proactively lead sales pursuits to capture maximum share of revenues from emerging business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth within the client account to secure a higher share of the client’s wallet.
- Showcase and leverage other Wipro organizational units’ capabilities to influence and develop a mindset for higher-value services and solutions.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders from project proposal to deployment, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Lead pipeline development to win new client opportunities through proactive market penetration and development plans.
- Participate in branding and client-based marketing activities.
- Conduct client reviews, QBRs, and lead proposal development for new opportunities.
- Drive collections as per cash-flow plan, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Delivery Management:
- Monitor and review execution of deals in the client account.
- Manage and support resolution of client escalations/disputes related to delivery of solutions.
- Plan and drive initiatives for cost optimization and improved service standards.
- Participate in quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning.
- Engage with client leadership to communicate progress on account plan, project delivery, and foreseeable risks/obstacles.
- Drive assembly of the right team for delivery, ensuring client satisfaction indices are met.
