Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as an HR Manager includes, 

1. Manpower Planning: Strategize and implement manpower planning initiatives for the Shared Services Group, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
2. Talent Acquisition: Lead the talent acquisition efforts for managerial positions and above across the entire organization, attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
3. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll management for the Shared Service Group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Performance and Talent Management: Drive performance management initiatives and talent development strategies to enhance organizational capabilities.
5. Learning & Development: Spearhead learning and development programs for the entire organization, fostering a culture of continuous growth and skill enhancement.
6. SAP HR Module: Serve as a Super User for the HR module of SAP, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the SAP platform.
7. Organizational Initiatives: Champion new organizational initiatives, particularly focusing on engagement surveys and action planning to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace dynamics.
