Description :

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) key performance indicators and targets, focusing on international or European markets.
- Lead, coordinate, and optimize ESG data collection in collaboration with various business areas (marketing, people, compliance, etc.).
- Generate internal and external reports to track performance, including ESG annual reports, investors’ reports, carbon footprint reports, or UN Communication on Progress.
- Ensure operational alignment with applicable ESG compliance requirements and reporting frameworks.
- Track and monitor our decarbonization plan, including measuring carbon footprints (scopes 1, 2, and 3) and tracking emissions reduction actions and science-based targets.
- Monitor and manage environmental and social impact in a business context, identifying ESG areas for improvement in our operations and across our supply chain.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sustainability or related fields.
- University degree in sustainability, environmental studies, business, IT-related studies, or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and methodologies (GHG Protocol, Global Reporting Initiative, Sustainable Development Goals, non-financial reporting).
- Experience with data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data visualization software, etc.).
- Strong ability to synthesize and interpret data.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
