Description :
As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts of various sizes, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent your team externally with clients and internally with various stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ market position, products/services, points of difference, and competitive landscape.
- Capture, manage, and address customer requests and claims.
- Establish and cultivate strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships related to current, new, and upcoming projects, including business reviews.
- Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers during renewals or new initiatives.
- Visit clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events to leverage networking and relationship-building opportunities.
- Proactively stay connected with clients and the evolving market to identify new search opportunities and ensure regular and effective engagement with viable clients.
- Develop and generate new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling, and making appointments.
