Job Title: Service Engineer – Customer Service

Location : Thane, Maharashtra

Experience -1-3 years

Job Description :

As a Service Engineer in Customer Service at Siemens Energy, you’ll play a vital role in our mission. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Handle customer complaints with knowledge and efficiency.
  • Utilize field experience for the erection, testing, and commissioning of transformers and reactors at various sites.
  • Take responsibility for transformer services and spare parts.
  • Provide back-office support to both external and internal customers, as well as field service engineers.
  • Implement and update Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation.
  • Manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system analysis and ensure timely compliance.
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) measures.
  • Participate in Quality Corner, Quality Gate, and project closure meetings at the factory.
