Job Description :
As a Service Engineer in Customer Service at Siemens Energy, you’ll play a vital role in our mission. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Handle customer complaints with knowledge and efficiency.
- Utilize field experience for the erection, testing, and commissioning of transformers and reactors at various sites.
- Take responsibility for transformer services and spare parts.
- Provide back-office support to both external and internal customers, as well as field service engineers.
- Implement and update Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation.
- Manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system analysis and ensure timely compliance.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) measures.
- Participate in Quality Corner, Quality Gate, and project closure meetings at the factory.
