You make sure all their needs and expectations are taken care of. This involves handling customer calls and emails about orders, shipment dates, problems, changes, repairs, and returns.
Here are some things you’ll do:
- Process Returns
- Handle Customer Invoicing
- Prepare Forecast Reports
- Provide Administrative Support
- Process Orders – entry, expediting, changes, and monitoring
- Work with other departments like Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales Managers to solve customer issues.
