Description :
As the Territory Account Executive (TAE), you will manage an assigned territory supporting the Mid-Market segment, selling directly to customers and fulfilling through channels. Your responsibilities include lead generation, pursuing opportunities, achieving sales quotas, and maintaining the territory account plan. This role specifically supports the Middle East territory, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.
What you will do:
- Generate sales pipeline for Mid-Market accounts, qualify opportunities, and forecast pipeline accurately.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals and manage the sales process from opportunity identification to closure, driving renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and influencers.
- Engage with customers regularly to understand their business needs and align Sophos solutions with desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Channel Sales team and partner community to create pipeline through indirect engagements.
- Work with sales engineering and channel partners throughout the sales cycle to ensure high customer satisfaction and adoption of Sophos technology.

What you will bring:
- Experience in prospecting within assigned accounts and territory.
- Sales forecasting expertise, with the ability to develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Account management experience, maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer support.
- Regular reporting on Sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback to Sales management.
- Experience with cross-selling.
