Description :
The Pricing and Contracts Office (PCO) at Khoros plays a pivotal role in driving complex commercial contracts to closure. As a PCO Analyst, you will collaborate with Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Services, Renewals) to provide business process insights, policy guidance, and strategic support. This role, situated within Finance Operations, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of Khoros’s business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day quote and pricing approvals, ensuring compliance with sales and business approval policies.
- Interpret and escalate commercial agreement language for compliance with revenue recognition and operational policies.
- Maintain agreed-upon turnaround times for deals.
- Review proposals/quotes, offering guidance on deal structure and pricing to optimize profitability and accelerate deal closure.
- Ensure proposals align with corporate strategies, business terms, and legal requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders for order structuring.
- Ensure accuracy of opportunities within CRM for forecasting and reporting.
- Provide context to Order Management and Accounting teams on complex deal structures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of Sales support experience in the technology industry
- Cross-functional experience with Sales, Finance, and/or Legal
- Clear and thorough communicator
- Self-managing, detail-oriented, and motivated
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Word, Adobe, and Excel or Google Sheets
