Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Messaging platform to respond to service inquiries from customers and provide comprehensive resolutions to complaints/queries.
  • Follow up on all customer requests via chat.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of product and service offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Analyze risk areas and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure information security for sensitive data.
  • Educate customers on how to self-service through our internet website.
  • Balance NPS & RST to ensure a positive customer experience while managing/minimizing operating losses.
  • Ensure productive output as required in the unit plan.
  • Undertake other assignments/projects as given by the Team Lead/Manager.
  • Demonstrate an ideal service attitude for all customers, liaise with different departments, and perform account-level system maintenance while resolving customer queries.
  • Apply a professional attitude and image for all internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience (Freshers Welcome).
  • Sound communication skills with a service attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Attitude to learning, self-discipline & willingness to take initiative.
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
