Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer in the New Projects and Technology team at Galaxy Surfactants, you will play a crucial role in executing projects with a commitment to zero incidents. Your key responsibilities include-
- Develop process data sheets for various equipment
- Design process equipment, perform line sizing, review P&ID, and conduct heat and material balance
- Lead HAZOP PHA study of the project
- Execute projects on-site, overseeing the installation of rotary and stationary equipment
- Collaborate with internal and external subject experts
- Ensure the safety performance of contractors
- Oversee piping execution as per 3D and Isometrics
- Drive procurement in projects through a Techno-Commercial Team
- Commission projects, including RTFT (Ready for Trial)
