Job Title: Sea Logistics Sales Representative

Description :
As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on developing and diversifying business in line with financial and volume targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of, monitor, and drive all sales activities for customers within your control, including the preparation of quotations.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline to ensure the closure of profitable and sustainable customer deals.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing, and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.
- Keep a close eye on the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- Report customer feedback to the CCL team and assist in resolving any issues as required.
- Work closely with CCL colleagues during the onboarding process for new customers.
- Maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
- Regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
- Focus on enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation by providing high levels of service quality in collaboration with the CCL.
