Job Tittle : Client Partner- Growth & Strategy
Location : Pune
Description :
As a Client Partner, you will be instrumental in building customer relationships, offering business and growth consulting, implementing success programs, contributing to pre-sales functions, onboarding and training clients, and addressing delivery needs.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage client portfolios to drive business growth and profitability.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on new product offerings and client needs.
- Plan and execute consulting, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies for identified opportunities.
- Analyze client performance data to drive key business KPIs and future plans.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships at all levels within Enterprise Clients.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve critical goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure product adoption by monitoring key product metrics and understanding business dynamics and user behavior.
- Act as the client’s advocate within OnlineSales.ai to meet their needs.
- Host product demos, training sessions, and onboarding processes for both existing and prospective clients.

Qualification & Experience :
- A proven track record of leading diverse teams, consultants, and client portfolios.
- Previous experience in tech/SaaS startups (strongly preferred).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1/Tier-2 accredited institute.
- A startup-savvy mindset with solid hustle and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
- The ability to define and document customer success processes and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- A knack for problem-solving while always keeping the client’s best interests in mind.
- Experience in leading, forming, or scaling a customer success team.
- Exceptional storytelling skills.
- Experience in presenting to external stakeholders, including CxOs.
