Job Title: Trainee Transaction Processing Officer

Experience: 0-1 Years

Location: Pune

Description :

Mphasis is looking for a dedicated Trainee Transaction Processing Officer at the L1 level to handle Capital Market – Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice Business Process Services (BPS) account (US Client).

Technical / Non-Technical Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Macros, and email drafting.
• Typing speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for client calls, onshore training, etc.

Process Skills:

• Solid knowledge of Stock Market and Capital Market Concepts.
• Understanding of Financial Concepts, Investments, Calculation, and Accounting methods.
• Analytical mindset with quick learning ability and a passion for acquiring new skills.
• 100% accuracy in work is crucial, as errors can have financial impacts on clients and their customers.
• Willingness to work in strictly US Shift Working Hours (India Late Evening or Night Shifts) and flexibility for overtime duty if required.
• On-site work at the office.
