Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager
Location: Belgaum, Margao, Nashik, Ratnagiri
Description :
As a Regional Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives, executing Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, and expanding organization’s customer base within the region. The candidate should hold a marketing degree, possess a personal vehicle, and be ready to engage in fieldwork.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns to fuel business growth and achieve predefined targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the financial services sector.
- Strategize and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to maximize brand exposure and expand our reach in the region.
- Efficiently manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of marketing activities within the allocated budget.
- Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the organization’s marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to the management.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and local authorities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and monitor competitor activities to identify fresh marketing opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team on marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the finance industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- A track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in BTL marketing activities, including event management and promotional campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage and motivate a team.
- A valid driving license and a personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel within the region.
- This position is open to male candidates within the age range of 25-35.
