Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Belgaum, Margao, Nashik, Ratnagiri

Description : 

As a Regional Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives, executing Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, and expanding organization’s customer base within the region. The candidate should hold a marketing degree, possess a personal vehicle, and be ready to engage in fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns to fuel business growth and achieve predefined targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the financial services sector.
  • Strategize and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to maximize brand exposure and expand our reach in the region.
  • Efficiently manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of marketing activities within the allocated budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the organization’s marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and local authorities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and monitor competitor activities to identify fresh marketing opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications and Experience:
