JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Product Analyst in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will embark on a dynamic role with a multitude of responsibilities, helping shape and refine the product development process. Some of the tasks and challenges you can look forward to include:

1. Collaborating closely with Product Managers both in the US and India to identify, refine, scope, and prioritize high-value features for the team.
2. Creating and building user stories while identifying dependencies and parallel work streams.
3. Conducting discovery sprints with multiple squads and analysts to provide clarity on high-risk and ambiguous items.
4. Taking ownership of the design, validation, and delivery of specific high-impact, high-risk items on the product roadmap.
5. Defining and tracking key product metrics to showcase the impact of delivered features.
6. Identifying, defining, running, and measuring A/B experiments within the tribe and squads.
7. Facilitating Agile rituals like Feature elaboration/Estimation, release planning, Iteration Planning Meeting, Showcase, etc. in collaboration with Iteration Managers and Delivery Managers.
8. Working with the Product team to maintain a well-organized and up-to-date Product Backlog.
9. Ensuring that Product artifacts, knowledge repositories, KPIs, and metrics are easily accessible and well-organized.
10. Contributing to the development of a culture of excellence in Product and value-based thinking.
11. Promoting modern and lean Product practices within the organization.
12. Coaching, training, and mentoring analysts and team members to enhance the maturity and value of the product practices within the team.
13. Managing day-to-day communication with product, delivery, and program management within the organization.
14. Keeping key stakeholders informed about progress and potential risks using relevant metrics and reporting, in partnership with Iteration/Delivery managers.
15. Maintaining a relentless focus on customer and client value, ensuring a balance between short-term and long-term goals.
