Description :

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and seize investment and insurance (I&I) business opportunities, utilizing financial planning methodologies to ensure equitable outcomes for all customer types.
  • Engage in end-to-end I&I services, including identifying customer needs, offering solutions, fulfilling applications, and follow-ups.
  • Provide expert advice on suitable I&I solutions to address family protection, education, retirement, and legacy planning needs.
  • Deliver on challenging performance expectations across customer engagement, financial planning, and new business KPIs.
  • Manage individual portfolios to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and persistency through post-sales and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture by ensuring quality business referrals and enhancing referral skills among team members and the broader organization.
  • Ensure that both personal and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, meeting HSBC standards and procedures.
