Job Title: Payment Analyst

Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions in accordance with approved processes, international regulations, and predefined service levels, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Adhere to quality control procedures, discipline, and checks consistently.
• Maintain knowledge of SWIFTS, IBAN, MT103, and MT202 instructions.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and provide relevant ideas for enhancing the process.
• Comply with currency cutoffs.

Qualifications:

• A graduate in any discipline.
• Knowledge of various schemes, channels, and policies.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages, currencies, and cutoffs.
• Proficiency in applications like EPA, GPP US, GPP Europe, Swiftref, SOLD, Full serve, and ISO20022.
• Payment processing knowledge in different departments in GPP US.
• Detailed knowledge of MT103 and MT202 instructions.
• Cover matching expertise is essential for the role.
• Ability to complete or advise on high-volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of related risks and audit processes.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow and queue management.
• Working knowledge of payment systems and procedures.
• Ability to work within specified deadlines and address customer demands.
