Description :
If you are ready to join a global, high-performing team that supports sales organization with pricing and all price-related matters, Danfoss has an exceptional opportunity waiting for you.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customers comprehensively and provide recommendations on various commercial aspects (e.g., price, payment terms, incoterms, and currency strategy).
- Automate and align Pricing Processes in APAC with the rest of the Danfoss Power Solutions organization.
- Contribute insights for price negotiations and all price-related matters.
- Evaluate target price requests, work on quotations, and facilitate agreements with the Business Units when necessary.
- Manage and maintain the ERP business systems daily, including price changes and price record implementation for customers, as well as the calculation of list prices and net prices.
- Perform updates and maintenance of pricing data in the ERP business systems, ensuring agreed price changes are implemented accurately.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest improvements related to pricing administration.

Background & Skills:
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or significant relevant business experience.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Ability to understand and work with financial ratios that contribute to achieving profitability goals.
- Passion for the overall business and a focus on profitable growth.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering results to stakeholders on time and under agreed conditions.
- Thrives in an international environment with excellent communication and networking skills, capable of challenging the Sales team to optimize customer pricing.
- Basic negotiation skills and the ability to conduct meetings effectively.
- Energetic and skilled at finding optimal solutions amid various and sometimes conflicting interests.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
