Description :
As a Junior Manager in Finance, you will be responsible for preparing fundamental financial analyses and reports for management. You will play a key role in supporting the annual budget and forecasting processes, under moderate supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare basic reports for management, focusing on key areas and follow-up.
- Analyze fundamental financial data to support departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Explain expense variances and promote spending awareness within the organization.
- Input actual and forecast data into the financial system.
- Support various daily financial processes, including purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, check requests, and addressing monthly budget inquiries.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests when necessary.

- Preparation of monthly close journal entries.
- Tracking and updating journal entry checklists.
- Submission of ARM Reconciliation.
- Monitoring the status and action on aged items.
- Supporting PFR & Inventory teams for COA-related analysis.
- Assisting with Statutory & Tax Audit-related schedules.
- Analyzing expenses trends.
- Reviewing IC accounting and related accruals journal entries.
- Tracking cross-charges and AGIS.
- Performing Inter-Company Reconciliations for I GAPP.
