Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships, leading to lead generation and conversions.
- Engage with potential and existing clients, presenting and offering our services.
- Collaborate on joint offerings and co-branding activities.
- Maintain an MIS system for tracking proposals, collections, and price negotiations.
- Manage inquiries and address client queries effectively.
- Set and achieve financial targets for business development in the assigned region.
- Identify new growth opportunities in diverse markets and expedite customer acquisition.
- Enhance the brand’s presence through social media, seminars, networking, and other channels.
- Work closely with other team leaders to support the organization’s strategic business needs and initiatives.

Other Responsibilities
- Prior experience in selling safety consulting services, preferably within the safety consulting sector, but with responsibilities spanning all verticals (Environment, Process Safety, Construction Safety, Electrical Safety, Logistics/Road Safety).
- A minimum of 4+ years of sales experience.
- This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer of Chola MS Risk Services.
- Self-starter with a strong network in the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM or related software is an added advantage.
- Language Fluency: English, Hindi, and local language.
