Description :
The Deputy Manager – Urban Two Wheeler serves as the primary link between field staff and management. This role requires effective communication and exceptional relationship management skills, enabling the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. The key purpose is to achieve business AOP objectives for the assigned geography.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving business targets within the assigned channels based on location and market potential.
- People Management (Off-roll) – including hiring, retention, and productivity.
- Ensuring sales governance through compliance with systems and processes.
- Responsible for tracking, managing, and controlling PDD requirement compliance.
- Minimizing customer complaints and cancellations by ensuring no miss-selling occurs.
- Understanding of CRM – Salesforce.com.
- Effective engagement with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
- Ensuring TAT (Turnaround Time) is maintained for case processing.

- Training for self and their team.
- Hiring the right candidates.
- Smooth onboarding to help employees settle well at BFL.
- Smooth onboarding of new dealers/partners with BFL.
- Retention of Off-roll staff.

- Hiring of Off-roll staff.
- Approvals by coordinating with internal stakeholders, e.g., clearing cases.
- Lead allocation.
- Field activity planning and closure.
Interaction : (Key working relationships needed inside and outside the company)
- Internal Clients: Connecting with various internal departments, such as product, credit, Ops, RCS, and compliance to process the file. Also, interacting with the HR department for hiring and retention.
- External Clients: Engaging with customers and mapping market competition.

- Cases per Month: 45 to 70 (varies by location and market potential)
