Job Title: Junior Executive Operations
Location: Pune
Experience : 1-2 year
Salary : Rs,270000 to Rs,350000
Description :
As a Junior Executive Operation your role involves real-time support, escalation monitoring, and grievance redressal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Real-Time Support & Escalation Monitoring:
- Monitor the service query tracker to ensure timely responses to sales-related tickets.
- Prepare regular dashboards and share updates with process owners regarding raised queries.
- Create and present dashboards for NHOD highlighting queries and resolution TAT.
- Process online policy failure cases and endorsement requests within defined TAT.
- Resolve customer grievances with a TAT of 6 hours on working days.
- Handle CD Regeneration based on U/W and ZH approvals, RTM location code changes, and bulk RTM and individual RTM changes.
Grievance Redressal Unit:
- Act as the registered Grievance Redressal officer for all channels under Retail Sales.
- Conduct root cause analysis of problem statements from intermediaries and customers.
- Collaborate with NHODs and senior management to address concerns, bridge gaps, and redesign SOP.

Audits:
- Address and resolve all IRDA queries related to Retail Sales.
- Ensure 100% closure of internal and external audit observations within the defined TAT.
- Maintain and share a complaint report with management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Departmental Co-ordination:
- Coordinate with departments for PDA and NCB clearance.
- Follow up with NHODs, ZH, TL, TM for NCB and PDA clearance.
