Description :
As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing digital performance across various websites.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling Requests: Receive requests for updating slides, auditing relay sites, and making changes to live websites via escalated electronic cases. Complete the requests and notify the relevant parties.
- Content Editing: Perform text, photo, and image editing, email layout, design changes, and website navigation button updates.
- Quality Assurance: Utilize available reporting tools to ensure all website pages are free from spelling errors and broken links. Fix any issues as needed.
- Optimization: Monitor and analyze website optimization tactics and strategies, providing ongoing recommendations for improved performance metrics.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry news, trends, and local market opportunities to inform website updates.
- Compliance: Support website updates in line with OEM program and ADA requirements.
- Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement activities and initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Communication: Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of cases and effectively collaborate with account team members.
- Reporting: Set up and use Google Analytics and Google Data Studio reporting tools.
- Website Maintenance: Manage the configuration of websites and dealer specials, including making proto changes and creating and editing custom graphics.
- Quality Assurance: Proof your own work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Productivity Targets: Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets in your role.
- Queue Management: Work from a queue and communicate effectively to fulfill orders within specified lead times.
