As a Territory Manager – Cross Sell (SME Loans), your primary responsibility is to source loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners while building and maintaining a high-quality portfolio. This role involves managing a team, fostering cooperation, and effective communication across various channels. Ensuring strict adherence to policies and guidelines is crucial. Execution of tasks should align with both sales support and risk aversion, contributing to the bank’s larger objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and manage channels from the market, acquiring business and ensuring a quality portfolio.
- Minimize delinquency and rejection for a robust portfolio.
- Possess extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and provide high-quality customer service.
- Recommend enhancements to processes and policies within the Retail Banking business for operational efficiency and superior customer service.
