Are you ready to take on a critical role in Rural Banking? IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a Branch Relationship Manager-Rural to deepen connections with Rural Banking accounts and provide top-notch service to customers. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding client needs, assisting customers in making informed decisions, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liabilities Business: Contribute to the growth of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation, account penetration, and relationship deepening according to customer needs.
- Customer Relationship: Deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Account Management: Maintain the Average Monthly Balance of customer relationships, ensuring the health of the account.
- Account Opening: Ensure completion of account opening formalities, adhering strictly to KYC norms. (Field verification is mandatory)
- Product Engagement: Engage customers with multiple products during the account opening process, such as Mobile banking, Net banking registration, and Recurring Deposit-Fixed Deposit activation.
- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to capture a larger share of the population’s wallet.
- Query Resolution: Execute the resolution of customer queries and issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Community Development: Provide support for the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.

Education Qualification:
